Camphill at Third Sector Showcase

Camphill Aberdeen City and Shire will be exhibiting at the Third Sector Showcase event in the Town and County Hall, at the Town House in Aberdeen on Thursday, November 19 from 10 am to 5 pm.
The Showcase event will demonstrate the work of 'third sector' organisations in Aberdeen, with more than 30 voluntary sector organisations exhibiting on the day. Admission is free and visitors will be able to speak with representatives of the various organisations to find out more about their work.
Camphill Aberdeen City and Shire will be presenting the voluntary work of Camphill in Aberdeen – Camphill School Aberdeen, Camphill Newton Dee, Beannachar Camphill Community, Camphill Simeon Care for the Elderly, Camphill Milltown, Tigh a'Chomainn and Camphill Medical Practice.
More than 700 people live and work in Camhill Aberdeen City and Shire communities. Celebrating the 70th anniversary of its foundation in Aberdeen, next year, Camphill is now one of the largest organisations in the world working on a voluntary basis with indivduals who have additional support needs.
From Aberdeen, the Camhill Movement has extended to 100 centres with 10,000 people in 23 countries around the world.
