Camphill Medical Practice supports new Tor-na-Dee facility
Providing specialist services for new Aberdeen care centre

Camphill Medical Practice, which provides NHS primary care services to the local community along with professional care required for the special needs children and adults in Camphill Aberdeen City and Shire, is to provide specialist services to the new Tor-na-Dee Care Centre in the Milltimber area of Aberdeen.
The £3.7 million centre will provide care for up to 74 elderly, frail patients, includng those suffering from dementia. A separte 16-bed unit will offer dedicated care for brain-injury patients aged 16 to 65
Camphill Medical practice will offer a high-level of all-round care and alternative forms of therapy for the patients in the Tor-na-Dee Care Centre.
The Tor-na-Dee Care Centre is located on the site of the old Tor-na-Dee Hospital. It is operated by Ashbourn Senior Living, part of the Southern Cross Healthcare Group, but half the beds will be for Aberdeen City Council clients and NHS Grampian.
